Stress Relieving Beall has a unique machine for shot peening parts
that hangs the part rather than laying it on a table. It also has a
two wheel design that allows us to offer equal coverage over the
entire part in one pass. With the ability to blow 390 shot, we can
achieve Almen 9 on alloy steels such as 5160. A flow-coat paint
system is also built into the machine for parts requiring black
paint. |
