Hot Forming
Beall has two hot-forming centers. We work with a
range of steel from C1020 to C1085 with a specialty in 5160 alloy
bar stock. We currently hot form parts in thicknesses ranging from
.109” to 1.50”. Presses range in size from 50 ton to 400 ton, with a
variety of bed sizes and shut heights. Several bulldozers are
available along with 500 ton and 400 ton shears. |
