Capital Expansion Continues at Both Plants

East Alton, IL. November 15, 2007.

Beall Mfg. and Cutting Specialists, Inc. are both enjoying the benefits of new equipment in their respective plants. In recent months, these units have gone into service:

New loader at East Alton plant updates furnace feeding on #2 line.

A new continuous draw furnace will handle rotary mower blades and large finish mower blades in the McKenzie plant.

New decoiler on a movable carriage allows this blanking press to accept either bars or coil material.

With the continued acceptance of the SuperTuf brand of products, both plants are expanding capacities, improving utilization and efficiency and fine-tuning the manufacturing processes to meet customer demand.
